# Tours

PHPTRAVELS tours module docs: sell your own tours and activities next to Viator and Tiqets products, with module settings, markups and supplier guides.

### The PHPTRAVELS tours module

The tours module sells tours, day trips, excursions, activities and attraction tickets on your website and in the B2B agent portal. Tour operators often start with their own products, loaded and priced in the admin, then add supplier content so the catalogue covers more destinations. Both kinds appear in one search, each with its own markup. Product overview: [Tours and activities booking](https://phptravels.com/features/tours).

### Guides in this section

* [Tours Module Settings](https://docs.phptravels.com/modules/tours/tours) -- turn the module on, set currency and markups, and add your own tours.
* [Viator](https://docs.phptravels.com/modules/tours/viator) -- tours and activities from the Viator Partner API (affiliate video guide).
* [Tiqets](https://docs.phptravels.com/modules/tours/tiqets) -- museum and attraction tickets with time slots from Tiqets.

Tours BMS is also listed as a tours supplier on the [integrations page](https://phptravels.com/integrations); ask our team for its setup steps.

### What you need

* For your own tours: admin access and your prices, dates and capacity.
* For supplier content: your own partner account and API key with each supplier. PHPTRAVELS connects to them; it does not supply tour inventory.

### Setup in short

1. Log in to `yourdomain.com/admin` and open **Settings > Modules**.
2. Enable the tours module and set its currency and B2C/B2B markup.
3. Enable each supplier you have a contract with and add its credentials on the **Credentials** tab. Keep **Dev mode** on development while testing.
4. Add your own tours from the tours menu in the admin sidebar.
5. Search a destination on your website and check that your tours and supplier products appear together.
6. Make a test booking and check the voucher and invoice.

### Tips

* Use clear titles and the same city names your customers search for.
* Keep separate markups for supplier products and your own tours so margins stay visible.
* Check cancellation policies on supplier products before you sell them to agents.

### Common errors

* **Supplier products missing** -- supplier module disabled or the key belongs to the sandbox.
* **Own tour missing** -- the tour is unpublished or has no future dates.
* **Agent sees public prices** -- the B2B markup is empty.
