The PHPTRAVELS Umrah module helps Hajj and Umrah operators sell packages built from flights, Makkah and Madinah hotels, transfers and the visa step, then run each group from registration to return in one admin.

What the package builder does

Umrah is sold as a package, not a single product. Typical blocks you combine into one price per person:

• Return flights (group or published fares you load or connect)

• Makkah hotel nights (distance to Masjid al-Haram matters to pilgrims)

• Madinah hotel nights (distance to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi)

• Umrah visa processing step (document collection and status tracking)

• Ground transport (airport arrival, Makkah-Madinah, ziyarat, drop-off)

• Your margin, deposits and balance due dates

PHPTRAVELS does not issue visas and does not supply Makkah/Madinah inventory by itself. You load the hotel allocations you contract, connect flight/hotel suppliers with your credentials, and apply for visas through the official channels open to your agency. The software keeps documents and status on each pilgrim record.

Groups, rooming and deposits

• Group rosters -- One booking for a family or full group; each pilgrim has passport details, seat and room.

• Room sharing -- Double, triple and quad occupancy priced per person; rooming assigned per hotel and city.

• Mutawwif / group leaders -- Assign a leader who can see manifest, itinerary and pickup times.

• Deposits and instalments -- Hold a place with a deposit and collect the balance before departure, with history on the booking.

Sub-agent portal

Partner agencies can sell your packages in the B2B portal at net rates plus their own markup, using wallet balance or a credit limit you set. Every booking lands in your admin for settlement.

Admin steps (first package)

1. Enable the Umrah module in the Admin Panel.

2. Connect or load the flight and stay sources you will use (see Flights and Stays docs).

3. Create the first package: set nights split (for example 7+5), hotels, transport and whether visa processing is included.

4. Set the sell price per person by room type (quad / triple / double) and the deposit amount.

5. Publish the package on the website and, if needed, release net rates to agent groups.

6. Take a test booking, upload sample documents, and confirm vouchers / itinerary emails.
