# Visa

PHPTRAVELS visa module docs: set visa requirements by passport, take applications online, check documents and track every case for your travel agency.

The PHPTRAVELS visa module runs the visa desk case by case: requirements by passport and destination, online applications, document checklists, fees, appointments and courier notes, and B2B agents applying for their clients.

Product overview: [Visa processing software](https://phptravels.com/features/visas). Related: Umrah (pilgrim documents use the same idea of passport and status tracking).

### Important

PHPTRAVELS does **not** issue visas. Visas are issued only by governments through embassies, consulates, official e-visa portals and appointed centres. The module organises your agency's applications; advice and submission stay with your team.

### What the module covers

1. **Requirements finder** -- For each nationality and destination pair: visa types, processing time, validity, stay, fees and document list.
2. **Cases** -- One case per applicant, stage stepper (documents, review, submitted, decision, passport returned) and an SLA timer.
3. **Document checks** -- Uploads marked received, missing or rejected, with a reason sent to the applicant.
4. **Visa products and fees** -- Tourist, business, transit and e-visa products with government fee and service fee kept apart.
5. **Appointments and courier** -- Embassy / visa centre slots and passport courier waybills recorded on the case.
6. **B2B agents** -- Sub-agents apply in the portal, pay from wallet, earn commission on the service fee (not the government fee).

### Admin steps (first visa product)

1. Enable the **Visa** module in the Admin Panel.
2. Create a nationality-destination rule for a route you actually process.
3. Attach the document checklist and processing SLA.
4. Create the visa product: government fee, service fee, optional express option.
5. Publish the requirements card and application form on the website.
6. Run a test application with dummy files; move the case through each stage.
7. If you use agents, set net/service pricing and wallet rules for an agent group.

### Customer flow

1. Traveller selects passport and destination.
2. Sees requirement card (fee breakdown, documents, processing time).
3. Starts application, enters applicants, uploads files, pays fees.
4. Receives email updates as the case changes stage; can check status in their account.

### Screenshots to add

1. Requirements finder result card.
2. Admin case board with stages and SLA.
3. Document checklist with accept / reject reasons (sample data only).
