### Prerequisites

* Bank account details you are willing to publish to customers
* Staff process to check incoming transfers and mark bookings paid
* Clear currency and reference instructions

### Admin settings

1. Admin Panel -> **Settings -> Payment Gateways** (or Pay later).
2. Enable **Wire transfer** (may sit under Pay later).
3. Enter bank details shown to the customer, for example:
   * Account name
   * Bank name
   * Account number / IBAN
   * SWIFT / BIC
   * Branch / address if required
   * Payment reference instructions (booking ID)
4. Add any deadline or "booking held until" wording.
5. Save and open a test checkout to proof-read the text.

### Customer flow

1. Customer completes booking and selects wire transfer.
2. Checkout shows your bank details and the amount due.
3. Booking is created in **unpaid** / pending payment status.
4. Customer sends the transfer from their bank, using the booking reference.
5. Staff find the booking in admin, verify funds, and mark it **paid** / confirmed.
6. Tickets, vouchers or supplier confirmations are issued per your process.

### Booking status while unpaid

Treat unpaid wire bookings as reserved pending payment. Do not release non-refundable supplier inventory until payment is confirmed, unless your commercial rules say otherwise.

### Staff: mark as paid

1. Open the booking in the Admin Panel.
2. Locate payment / status controls.
3. Mark payment received (and store the bank reference in booking notes if useful).
4. Confirm supplier booking / send voucher if not automatic.
5. Customer should receive confirmation email according to your notification settings.

### Tips

* Ask customers to put the booking ID in the transfer reference.
* Match invoice currency to the account you publish.
* Reconcile daily so unpaid holds do not expire unnoticed.
