Four-step overview
Download -- From your account, download the PHPTRAVELS package for your plan. Keep the zip and any changelog for your records. See the Download child page in this section.
Install -- Follow the Installation guide: upload files, create the database, run the installer, set folder permissions, and configure the site URL.
Update -- When a new version is available, follow the Update guide. Backup files and database first; then replace/upgrade as documented for your version line.
License -- Open the License guide. Find your Order ID in the client area, enter it on your website, and read the status or error messages until activation succeeds.
One license covers one website (one licensed domain installation). Your Order ID is the reference used to activate that license. Details and troubleshooting live on the License page under this section.
FAQ
Does one license cover multiple websites? No. One license is for one website. Additional sites need additional licenses as stated on the License documentation.
Where is my license key? Use your Order ID from the client area as described on the License page.
Installation failed -- what next? Recheck server requirements, permissions and database credentials. If it still fails, submit a support ticket with Order ID, domain, PHP version and the exact error.
