This guide walks you through activating your PHPTRAVELS software license step-by-step — from locating your Order ID in the client area to verifying it on your installation.

What is a License Key?

When you purchase a PHPTRAVELS product, you receive an Order ID. This Order ID is your License Key — the two terms mean exactly the same thing. It looks like this:

You enter this key once on your website to prove you are the legitimate owner. After that, your website remembers it automatically — you do not need to enter it again.

ℹ️

One license = one website. Each Order ID works for one website address only. If you run the software on multiple websites, you need a separate purchase for each one.

Step 1 — Log in to your PHPTRAVELS account

Open the PHPTRAVELS client area

Go to app.phptravels.com in your browser.

Sign in with your email and password

Use the email address you used when you bought the product. Enter your password and click Sign In to your account.

Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password? on the login page to receive a reset link by email.

You are now in your Dashboard

After signing in you will land on your Dashboard. Use the menu on the left side to navigate.

Step 2 — Go to Orders

Click "Orders" in the left menu

In the left sidebar, click Orders. You will see a list of all your purchases.

Find the order for your website

Look for the product you installed on your website — for example Enterprise or Standard.

Check that the order shows:

• Payment: PAID

• Status: ACTIVE

If your order shows PENDING or UNPAID, the license will not work. You must complete the payment first. Contact us if you believe payment was made but the status is still wrong.

Step 3 — Find and copy your Order ID

Click on the order to open it

Click anywhere on the order row to open its detail page.

Find the Order ID at the top of the page

At the top of the order detail you will see a field labelled Order ID. The value looks like this:

Copy the Order ID

Click the copy icon next to the Order ID, or click the value, select all of it, and copy it.

⚠️

Copy the complete value including ORD- at the beginning and all numbers and dashes. If even one character is missing or wrong, activation will fail.

Step 4 — Open your website

Go to your website's login page

Open a new browser tab and go to your website — for example: https://yourdomain.com/login

The license activation section will appear

If the software has not been activated yet, you will see a notice above the login form asking you to enter your License Key.

ℹ️ If you do not see this section, your license was already activated successfully. No action needed.

Step 5 — Enter the key and activate

Paste your Order ID into the License Key field

Click inside the License Key box on the login page and paste the Order ID you copied.

Click "Verify License"

Click the Verify License or Activate button. The software will check your key and confirm it is valid.

Activation complete

The notice will disappear and you can log in normally. You will not need to do this again — the software handles renewal automatically.

✅ License active. Your website is fully licensed and all features are available.

License Status Messages

When you visit the login page of your website, you may see one of the following status messages.

Status	What it means	What to do
License active	Your license is valid and verified. Everything is working correctly.	Nothing — you are good to go.
License key is missing	No license key has been entered yet on this website.	Follow Steps 1–5 above to enter and activate your Order ID.
License key has not been set yet	The license field was saved but contains a placeholder, not a real Order ID.	Log in to your PHPTRAVELS account, copy your real Order ID, and enter it again.
License key not found	The Order ID you entered does not exist in our system.	Double-check you copied the complete Order ID from the correct order. Try again.
Order not paid / not active	Your order exists but payment has not been confirmed or the order is not active.	Check your order status in your account. If payment was made, contact support.
Domain mismatch	Your license is registered to a different website address than the one you are using now.	Submit a support ticket to transfer the license to your current website address.
License check skipped (local environment)	You are testing on a local computer, not a live website. This is expected.	Nothing — this message only shows on local/development machines, never on a live website.
License check failed	Something went wrong while reading your license settings.	Contact support with your website address and Order ID.

Error Messages Explained

If something goes wrong during activation, you may see one of the messages below. All of them can be resolved.

❌ "License key not found"

The Order ID you entered does not match any order in our system.

• Go back to app.phptravels.com → Orders → click your order → copy the Order ID again fresh.

• Make sure you are copying from the correct order (the one for the product on your website).

• Paste carefully — no extra spaces before or after.

❌ "Order not paid" or "Order not active"

Your order has not been fully paid or processed yet.

• Check your email for a payment confirmation from PHPTRAVELS.

• Log in and check the order status under Orders.

• If you paid but the status is still showing unpaid after 24 hours, submit a support ticket and attach your payment proof.

❌ "Domain mismatch"

Your license was originally set up for a different website address. This usually happens after moving your website to a new domain name.

• Submit a support ticket and tell us your Order ID and the new website address. We will update the license for you — usually within a few hours.

❌ "Too many requests — please wait"

The Verify button was clicked too many times in a short time.

• Wait 10 minutes, then try clicking Verify License once more.

❌ Verify button does nothing / "Could not connect"

Your website is having trouble connecting to PHPTRAVELS to verify the license. This is usually a temporary network issue on your hosting server.

• Wait a few minutes and try again.

• If it keeps failing after several hours, contact support and mention your hosting provider name.

⚠️ "License cache corrupted"

The saved license data on your server became damaged, usually after a server migration or a major update.

• Submit a support ticket — include your website address and Order ID — and our team will resolve it for you promptly.

⚠️ The license activation prompt keeps coming back on every visit

If you enter your license key and it activates, but the prompt reappears every time you visit the login page:

• Contact your hosting provider and ask them to check that your website can save settings correctly.

• You can also submit a support ticket with your website address and Order ID and we will investigate.

⚠️ You upgraded or migrated your website and now the license does not work

After a major upgrade or a move to a new server or domain, the stored license may need to be refreshed.

• Contact support — include your Order ID and both the old and new website addresses. We will re-verify and update your license record.
