# Submit Ticket

Need help with PHPTRAVELS? Submit a support ticket from your client area for purchase, account or technical questions. A short video shows every step.

If you need help with your purchase, account or a technical issue, submit a support ticket from your client area. A short video shows the clicks; the same steps are written below so you can follow them without watching.

### Steps

1. Log in at [https://app.phptravels.com](https://app.phptravels.com/).
2. Open **Support** (or the tickets / help section in your account menu).
3. Choose the right **department** (billing, technical, and so on).
4. Write a clear subject and describe the problem: what you tried, what you expected, what happened instead.
5. Attach screenshots, error text and log snippets if you have them.
6. Submit the ticket and watch your email for replies.

### What to include

| Order ID            | Identifies your license and purchase |
| Domain / URL        | Shows which installation is affected |
| PHPTRAVELS version  | Matches known fixes and guides       |
| Exact error message | Speeds diagnosis                     |
| Steps to reproduce  | Lets support recreate the issue      |
| Screenshots         | Confirms admin paths and UI state    |

Remove passwords and live API secrets from screenshots before you upload them.
